It’s that familiar phrase

Those words that tumble out of your mouth

That once put out there can never be unspoken. 

 

It’s that It belief that crushes you

That keeps you small and after a while you actually start to believe it.

 

But here’s the thing.

It’s just a belief.

It’s not the truth.

You have the power and the ability to change this.

 

The question is are you ready to?

Do you want to?

Or are you happy telling yourself that same old story.

That you’ve never be able to to that thing, chase that dream, be the person you really want to be.

 

Go on - step into the brave.

Let me explain...

 

Sometimes I just want the noise to stop

Sometimes I just want the noise to stop. To switch off my thoughts, the words racing around my head of all the things I need to do, to sort out, and to achieve.

​

How familiar does that sound?

 

How often do you wish you just had a switch that could turn off the noise?

​

You're just settling down to go to bed. You turn the lights off, close your eyes and then bam - the thoughts start entering your head and wake you up again. Or you go for a walk and realise as you get back home that you haven't really noticed where you've been because you've been all too consumed in your thoughts?

​

Research suggests that having a more positive mindset supports both physical and mental wellbeing.

​

With over 60.000 thoughts a day the more we connect with a positive mindset the more we strengthen the pathways to our brains which deal with perspective.

​

We've all been there, right? Overcome by feelings of self-doubt, worry, a lack of confidence in ourselves and what we're really capable of. Yes sometimes these beliefs are all we seem to be able to be with. It's a coping mechanism isn't it? You feel safe there if you carry on as you always have done. No one else can hurt you or tell you're not enough because you've told yourself so many times that to you, its real life, the truth, the norm, the way of life.

If you dare step out this comfort zone, it feels strange, like you shouldn't be allowed to feel differently. Yet what if we could be with choice and choose to stay with these feelings or let them go?

I know, that sounds so easy doesn't it? Just "let it go" and move on. If only life were that simple or is it?

​

It's amazing how these limiting and repetitive beliefs can have such a hold on us isn't it? It makes us feel low or worthless, like we're under achieving and just stuck. Unsure of where to go next, what decision to make - will it be for the best? Your body feels tense, tired, headachey and fragile. It's almost like we're a lesser version of our former selves. I've been there I really have and it’s gruelling.

So how would it feel to banish your inner critic?

Do you ever find yourself saying any of the following:

  • I feel I'm going nowhere - I'm stuck in a rut

  • I feel I'm letting myself and others down

  • No one understands me

  • My head is all over the place

  • I feel I am up against the world

  • I feel bored and uninspired

  • I just can't seem to achieve what I'm striving for

  • I'll do it tomorrow

  • I feel unhappy and unfulfilled

  • I just want to give up - it's not working

  • I could have tried harder

  • Starting again will be too hard

  • I want to feel alive

  • I want to feel happy at work/home/relationship

  • I'm nothing compared to...

  • I wish I didn’t worry about...

Take a moment and connect with the feelings you associate with these statements, mmm not fun is it.

How does Gremlin Bootcamp work?

Each 1 hour webinar focus on a different gremlin (limiting belief).  


I will be sharing concepts and techniques for you to banish the limiting beliefs and invite a more wholehearted way of being into your life. You will be invited to reframe the limiting belief so that you leave the session with a new belief and statement to work with.

​

You will have the opportunity to receive personal coaching on the call (if you wish) to work through any blocks, gain clarity and set your intentions for moving forward.

​

Life is busy, so there is purposefully no pre work or handouts to completed enabling you to fully show up and be present during the session.

Each webinar is a standalone event which means you can sign up to individual sessions or complete the whole series.
